Product Photography at Home- The Editing (2)
I chose to edit this image as I wanted to practice simple Photoshop adjustments before starting on my final image.

The first thing I did was crop the right of the image as the edge of the backdrop was in shot. I then increased the exposure of the image and adjusted the temperature to help eliminate the pink tinge. i also adjusted the contrast to help the olives stand out from the jar. The final edit i made was using the clone tool to help remove the torn label on the front of the jar.
Over all I am happy with the image I have produced as I practiced using basic Photoshop tools and learnt how to use the clone tool for the first time. I also practiced shooting and editing in RAW before Photoshop as well as photographing glass objects.
If I was going to recreate this shot i would make sure to double check my focusing as parts of the label are not as sharp as they should be.
