Light Painting
Here are some of the images I created using a technique called light painting.

To create these Images I used a handheld flashlight and set my camera to a long shutter speed. I created a selection of shapes as well as words. I spelt the words "help" and "me" as this is a short phrase that summarises how having a mental illness can make you feel trapped and that those words of asking for help can feel so impossible to verbalise.
