Initial telephone consultation
I had previously spoken to the client about an interest in some head shots/portraits for castings or auditions as she is a dancer. I then telephoned the client to discuss her requirements further.

we spoke about the kind of shots she whould like and about how long the shoot would (approximately) take. I reassured her that we could work together on creating exactly what she wanted and would be able to work around her busy schedule.
I told her I would be in touch via email shortly to finalise details.
